My ideas on how to detect the suspect behind the bomb threats:
1. What is the email address/contact number of the person who send the bomb threat?
2. Relate that identity to the previous incidents if it is connected or not. Look at the patterns.

The question is how can you detect it? Is there any of our NBI personnel who can do the job of tracking it? or maybe hire a cyberhacker? In western countries, they can easily track that kind of person who do a bomb threats.

My theory of the person behind the bomb threats in University:
1. Student from the same university or other university. Bata lang din ang gumagawa nyan.
2. The bomb threats are mostly joke or trippings, just to create chaos and panic to others.

If the security guards check closely the bag or belongings of every person who entered in the University and uses technological devices to detect any suspicious object, then just disregard all the threats received via email or online, don't waste time believing it.
You can still apply a "quick" safety protocol of checking every room or facility inside the university once the university personnel receive a bomb threat, but not to waste time of overdoing it. Hindi yung kailangang pang patatayuan at paghintayin yung mga students, faculty, or other workers ng 2hrs or 3hrs+. I think 30 minutes is enough to check the whole university by the security officers.

Napapansin ko lang, ‘di ba bawal yung mga teacher na magkaroon ng any romantic interaction sa mga students niya? sometimes tinatanggalan pa sila ng license pag nalaman na may ganong pangyayari. my main concern ay how about naman yung mga students na nang sesexualize at nang roromanticize ng mga teacher behind their back? like beh hindi siya nakakatawa and hindi siya nakaka good student. ang malala in front of the class pa and sobrang vocal kung paano i ano yung mga prof, mapapa wtf ka na lang talaga. idk kung nonsense ba ‘tong rant ko or not pero nakaka bother siya sobra. kj na kung kj, wala akong pake kung joke siya pero jokes are suppose to be funny and for me never magiging funny yung pang sesexualize sa isang tao babae ka man or lalaki. act like a student, kaya ka nga nandito sa bsu ay para mag aral hindi para magpalibog.

Bakit hanggang ngayon, sa dami ng beses na nangyari na ang ganitong situation, wala pa ring nananagot? Bakit hindi pa rin ma-track kung sino ang gumagawa nito, gaya ng nagagawa sa ibang school tulad ng UB? Ganoon na ba kahina ang ating sources and systems, knowing that we are already in a modern and advanced era? May ginagawa ba talagang konkretong solution ang school and the authorities?

We understand the threat that it brings to the school, to students, personnel, and faculty. Pero the question is, bakit nalulusutan pa rin ng ganitong insidente ang campus? The protocols have already been tightened, guards are checking everyone’s bags, even the vehicles entering the campus, yet, threats like this still happen. Paano nangyayari ‘yon?

We understand the temporary evacuation that happened earlier at KIST Park, it’s for everyone’s safety while authorities were clearing the area. Pero habang nandoon kami, sobrang init, and after a while, umambon pa. Lahat nagtitiyaga lang, waiting under the sun and light rain, pagod, pawis, at basa ng konti. Some students even felt dizzy and uncomfortable, yet still tried to stay calm. Kaya nakakainis isipin na may mga pinapasok pa rin sa campus kahit may natanggap nang threat. Hindi ba dapat nag-suspend muna ng entry hangga’t hindi pa safe ang lahat? We know classes/events are important, but nothing is more important than our safety.

Nevertheless, let’s be reminded, a bomb threat is never a joke. Whether it’s real or fake, it’s still a threat because we never know what could happen every second. We understand why the school always treats it seriously, even if it happens repeatedly. Pero habang paulit-ulit itong nangyayari, mas lalo lang kaming nababahala. Hindi lang students, faculty, at staff ang naaapektuhan, pati mga magulang namin, sobrang nag-aalala sa tuwing nangyayari ‘to.

So please, STOP. Hindi na ito nakakatawa. Hindi ito biro. You are not just causing fear and panic, you’re wasting people’s time, effort, and peace of mind. Dapat nang hulihin at ikulong ang dapat managot. Hindi pwedeng paulit-ulit na lang na walang aksyon. Let justice be served, and let this be a reminder that safety should always come first.

We all deserve to feel safe inside our campus, not terrified, not left standing under the heat or light rain because of someone’s selfish act.

Magandang araw mga kapwa ko Red Spartan, nais ko lang ipagbigay alam sa lahat ang aking kinaharap na problema sa scholarship na aking minamanatiling pagsumikapan. Kasalanan ko ba ang lahat, o tagilid ang sistema nila?

Lingid sa aking kalaman na nagkaroon pala ng anomalya sa pagsusumite ng mga papeles sa scholarship ni Gov. Recto. Nitong ikaapat na linggo ko lang nabalitaan na pinaulit pala sa mga iskolar ang pagsusumite ng mga papeles na kinakailangan nang sa gayon ay mapanatili ang pagiging iskolar ng mga maintaner (at para na rin sa mga freshman). Ngunit sa kasamaang palad, noong magpapasa na ulit ako ng mga dokyumento ay hindi na raw sila tumatanggap pa.

Bilang isa sa last batch ng mga maintaners, maingat kong pinapanatili ang aking grado at bawat markang pasado o mas higit pa, para lang mapagpatuloy kong maging iskolar ng nabanggit na programa. Ngunit nawala ito dahil sa serbisyong hindi wasto.

Nawa'y ang mensaheng ito ay makarating sa inyo, Office of Scholarship and Financial Assistance ng BSU-PB. Estudyante ang naperwisyo dahil sa kapabayaan n'yo, pinakita n'yo lang kung gaano kayo ka-iresponsable pagdating sa trabaho n'yo.
