Our very own Dean, Dr. Priscilla Mizpah P. Santillana, proudly represented the College of Arts and Sciences in the UP CIDS Third Run of the Higher Education Brown Bag Series. ✨
In her talk, she shed light on the real challenges that higher education institutions face when sending internship students to host training establishments, an issue close to the heart of many students preparing for their future careers.

In today’s session, our very own Dean Priscilla Mizpah P. Santillana, took the spotlight with her research topic “The Internship Quality and Learning Framework for Evaluating and Developing Host Training Establishment.”
Her study focuses on making internship experiences better for students by setting clear standards for growth, learning, and hands-on experience. It’s about making sure internships aren’t just requirements but real opportunities to level up.
Alongside fellow scholars, this session showcased research efforts that aim to improve learning experiences and outcomes across the board. 🙌
