From working long hours to pursuing his dreams, Mr. Victor D. Magcasi, a licensed customs broker, educator, leader, and advocate, embodies the values of a true Lycean.

As a self-supporting student, Victor balanced work and studies while pursuing his education at Lyceum of the Philippines University–Batangas. Through resilience and dedication, he went on to become a licensed customs broker, licensed professional teacher, business leader, educator, and advocate.

His journey reminds us that where you begin does not define where you can go, it is the courage to persevere and the commitment to serve that shape where you end up.
