The BSP Council Scout Youth Forum was held last January 25-27, 2019 at Batangas National High School, Batangas City.
A total of 118 youths were registered in the said forum. The opening program started at ten o'clock in the morning. The main goal of the forum is to empower and inspire young people through a participating approach, helping them to develop skills in decision – making which can be used within scouting and in society.

A 3-Day City Boy Officials Acitivity of the BSP-Batangas City Council took the center stage from January 21-23, 2019. City Mayor position down to city councilors were filled up by the excited Boy officials.
