This morning on a Good Friday, we found ourselves gathered with our friends, simply sitting beside one another. Sharing simple food on the table, hot cocoa, and the gentle comfort of being together right here, in what is already given.
Yes! God is already here, in the simplicity, in the togetherness, in the shared meal.
And somehow,
that is more than enough! ✨

Last night, we gathered as a community for our yearly tradition of watching It’s a Wonderful Life a timeless Christmas classic about George Bailey, an ordinary man who feels his life has failed to matter. When he is shown what the world would be like without him, he realizes that a life of love, sacrifice, and kindness, even if unseen or uncelebrated, has immense value. The film gently reminds us that no one is insignificant and that community, compassion, and hope can quietly change the world. We will celebrate Christmas, almost complete, our hearts were full, yet we felt the absence of Maria Isabel . This is what community looks like—holding joy and longing together, year after year.
