| Temporary Adjustment to Dress Code Due to Heat Index
In light of the increasing heat index and in consideration of the health and comfort of all students, the University is implementing a temporary adjustment to the prescribed uniform/dress code, effective Monday, April 20, 2026.
Students are allowed to wear their official department shirts or LPU shirts in place of the regular school uniform during class days. This measure aims to help mitigate the effects of extreme heat while maintaining proper identification and decorum within the campus.
Guidelines:
- Department shirts/LPU shirts must be official and duly issued by the respective college or the University.
- Students must continue to observe proper grooming and wear appropriate bottoms (e.g., pants, skirts) in accordance with existing policies.
- Identification cards (IDs) must be worn at all times.
- Closed shoes or appropriate footwear must still be worn at all times.
Exceptions:
- Students under Allied Health programs who are currently in internship, clinical duties, or Related Learning Experiences are required to wear their prescribed uniforms.
- Maritime students shall shift to the Type C uniform to ensure compliance with professional standards, safety protocols, and partner institution requirements.
This policy shall remain in effect until further notice.
For your guidance and strict compliance.

Turning struggles into strength, and quiet reflections into blooming resilience.
On March 18, 2026, the Doctor of Philosophy in Psychology Students with the Faculty Members spearheaded a sustainable program on mental health and self-discovery for the inspiring members of Kalipunan ng Liping Pilipina (KALIPI), held at the SHL Building, LPU Batangas Career Development, Alumni and Placement Conference Room.
This initiative went beyond learning, it opened doors to self-awareness, resilience, and emotional well-being. By equipping participants with knowledge and practices that nurture mental health, the seminar fostered confidence, personal growth, and a stronger sense of community belonging.
Reflecting a shared commitment to inclusive development, this program supports SDG 3 (Good Health and Well-Being), SDG 4 (Quality Education), and SDG 10 (Reduced Inequalities)โhelping uplift communities through education, empowerment, and equal opportunities for all. Together, we continue to bloom forward, cultivating empowered minds and sustainable futures.
