This May 6-8, the 3𝗿𝗱 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗣𝗲𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗲𝘂𝗺 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 students will embark on their 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗧𝗼𝘂𝗿 in Bicol as part of their 𝗜𝗖𝗘 420 – 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗹 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 course. This experience brings lessons to life, allowing them to observe actual instrumentation systems, control processes, and plant operations in a real industrial setting. 🏭

Beyond theories and calculations, this tour offers a deeper understanding of petroleum operations by exposing students to the real systems and challenges faced in the field. As future engineers, this is a meaningful step forward to grow, learn directly from real-world applications, and strengthen the skills needed to meet the demands of the profession. It is not just about gaining knowledge, but about building confidence, discipline, and readiness to contribute to the energy sector with competence and purpose. 💙

We proudly announce the newly elected leaders of SPE BatStateU-SC—individuals entrusted to carry the chapter forward with responsibility, integrity, and purpose. May they continue to lead with strength, clarity, and commitment as we go deeper beyond the surface.

A total of 484 votes were canvassed, representing 54.13% of the 894 registered members, successfully meeting the quorum requirement of 50% + 1.

Last March 13 and 14, the 𝙎𝙤𝙘𝙞𝙚𝙩𝙮 𝙤𝙛 𝙋𝙚𝙩𝙧𝙤𝙡𝙚𝙪𝙢 𝙀𝙣𝙜𝙞𝙣𝙚𝙚𝙧𝙨 𝘽𝙖𝙩𝙎𝙩𝙖𝙩𝙚𝙐-𝙎𝘾 successfully held its 𝙋𝙀𝙏𝙀𝙩𝙪𝙧𝙤 sessions via Zoom, bringing students together in a collaborative and supportive learning environment where knowledge, encouragement, and bayanihan flowed freely. 🛢️📚

Through peer mentoring, students guided one another in reviewing lessons, breaking down difficult concepts, and rebuilding academic confidence, because sometimes, the best teacher is someone who just walked the same road. 🧠💡

Part of 𝗞𝗮𝗣𝗘𝗧𝗘-𝗕𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗴 and aligned with 𝙎𝘿𝙂 1, 𝙎𝘿𝙂 4, and 𝙎𝘿𝙂 10, 𝙋𝙀𝙏𝙀𝙩𝙪𝙧𝙤 is a reminder that excellence is never achieved alone as it is built through collective effort and shared purpose.
