Everyone is advised to be vigilant and to stay away from flood-prone areas.

Sa lahat po ng mga magulang/guardian at mga mag-aaral ng CONDE LABAC INTEGRATED SCHOOL na mag-eenroll sa JUNE 1 to 15, 2020
1. Maari lamang pong magtext/magMESSAGE o TUMAWAG sa mga dating ADVISER/G**O ng inyo pong mga anak upang sila ay mailista para sa taong panuruan 2020-2021.
2. Maaari din po ang online registration sa pamamagitan ng pagsasagot sa link na ipapaskil ng mga g**o. Ito po yung tinatawag na REMOTE ENROLLMENT sa 1st - 2nd week of JUNE, 2020.
3. Hindi po muna kayo kailangang pumunta sa paaralan para magpalista. Sa pamamagitan po ng text o tawag or PM sa messenger, or online enrollment, ang inyo pong mga anak ay maaari ng maeenroll. Maghintay na lamang po ng UPDATES mula sa mga G**O kung paano po ang gagawin nating pag-aaral habang may banta pa ang COVID'19 PANDEMIC.
4. Huwag po kayong mag-alala dahil ginagawa po ng paraan ng KAGAWARAN NG EDUKASYON kung paano matututo at makapag-aral ang ating mga anak habang tayo po ay nag-iingat upang hindi mahawaan ng sakit na ito.
5. Huwag po nating sayangin ang oras para sa EDUKASYON ng ating mga anak.
May awa po ang ating Panginoon, matatapos din po ito at tayong lahat ay magiging ligtas.

Ganun lamang po ang proseso kaya hinhikayat po nmin ang mga mahal na MAGULANG, kung may load po kayo maari po ninyong gawin ito at ipasagot sa mga anak. Malaking tulong po ito sa ating mga anak.

SUBJECT: SUSPENSION OF CLASSES

NGAYONG FEBRUARY 1 NA ANG SIMULA NG EARLY REGISTRATION!

The early registration for SY 2020-2021 is set to open from February 1 (Saturday) to March 6 (Friday) for Kindergarten and Grades 1,7, and 11 learners, as the Chinese New Year falls on January 25.

Please read these important reminders before proceeding to your respective registration areas:

Kinder
- 5 years old on or before August 31, 2020

Grade 1
- Kinder completer
- PEPT passer for Kinder level
- Non-Kinder completer but at least 6 years old on or before August 31,
2020, has undergone KCEP, and assessed as Grade 1-ready as
per ECD checklist (DO 47, s. 2016)

Grade 7
- Grade 6 completer
- PEPT passer for Grade 6
- ALS A&E Elementary passer

Grade 11
- Grade 10 completer
- PEPT passer for Grade 10
- ALS A&E Secondary passer (2018 or earlier)

Forms to accomplish
1. Basic Education Enrolment Form (Annex 2, DO 3, s. 2018)
2. School Improvement Plan (SIP) Child Mapping Tool (Annex 1, DO 44, s. 2015)

Document to submit
- Birth certificate for Kinder & Grade 1 (in the absence of PSA/NSO birth certificate, Local CIvil Registrar (LCR) birth certificate, baptismal or barangay certificate shall be submitted
