LYCEUM SUPREME STUDENT COUNCIL
SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM A.Y. 2012-2013

QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Applicant must be a bona fide student of Lyceum of the Philippines University.
2. Applicant must not be enjoying any scholarship inside and outside the school.
3. Applicant must not have a grade lower than 2.25, with a minimum average of 2.00 in the most previous semester.
4. Freshmen applicants must have a minimum average of 87, with no grade lower than 85.
5. Applicant must have no failing grade in all subjects taken, may it be in LPU or in the school last attended.
6. Applicant must have a minimum of 15 units in the present semester.
7. Applicant must have no derogatory record in the Office of Student Affairs and in other related offices.

REQUIREMENTS:
1. Photocopy of registration form (present semester);
2. Original copy and photocopy of grades in the most previous semester;
3. Photocopy of Identification card; and
4. Income Tax Return of parents.
