𝗔𝗗𝗩𝗜𝗦𝗢𝗥𝗬: Batangas Governor Vilma Santos-Recto, as the Chairperson of the Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (PDRRMC), announces that the localized cancellation or suspension of classes for tomorrow, 25 September 2025, is given to the discretion of the respective local chief executives, taking into consideration the appropriate recommendation and assessment of their City or Municipal DRRM Officers.

Furthermore, LGUs are also advised to conduct pre-emptive evacuation in identified high-risk areas in order to safeguard the lives and welfare of their constituents.
