8’s Amazing Sports Champions of Familea Triumphs in 1st SDO Cup, Bags Multiple Medals and Trophies

The 8’s Amazing FamiLEA has once again proven their dominance in sports as they clinched several victories at the 1st SDO Cup. The team, composed of talented teacher athletes from District 8, showcased their skills and determination in various events, bringing home a remarkable haul of medals.

Leading the way, the Volleyball Girls team took home the coveted Gold Medal after an intense series of matches. Their teamwork and relentless effort on the court solidified their top spot. The Badminton Girls followed suit with another Gold, demonstrating speed and precision to secure her win.

Not only did the Familea excel in the gold-winning events, but they also stood tall in other competitions, bringing home Silver Medals in several categories. The Billiards event saw a close fight, but the Familea managed to finish in second place. In Table Tennis Girls, their players exhibited great control and strategy, earning another silver for the team.

Other notable performances came from the Badminton Boys , who fought hard for his silver, as well as the Sipa teams—both boys and girls—who showed agility and skill, landing them silver medals in their respective categories. The Sack Race Girls also displayed their coordination and balance, winning another silver. Rounding out the remarkable performance, the team secured silver in Patintero, a traditional game that tested their quick reflexes and teamwork.

With their impressive medal haul, the 8’s Amazing Familea has cemented their reputation as a formidable force in District 8. Their success in the 1st SDO Cup is a testament to their hard work, perseverance, and unity as a team. As they move forward, they continue to inspire their community with their dedication and sportsmanship.

The 1st SDO Cup may have come to a close, but the achievements of 8’s Amazing Familea will undoubtedly be remembered, marking the beginning of more victories to come for the district's pride .
