The Turnover and Closing Ceremony serves as a significant milestone that marks not only the end of the current term but also the formal conclusion of the organization’s years of service to its members and the student body. It is a moment of reflection, gratitude, and accountability for everything the organization has accomplished through collective effort across time.

In this ceremony, turnover is understood not as the passing of leadership, but the proper and formal transfer of all organizational documents, records, and essential materials of the term to the Dean’s Office, through the Adviser and Department Chair of BSBA, Dr. Amor Ilagan. This ensures that all resources are preserved, properly accounted for, and made available for continued academic and organizational use, strengthening continuity beyond the term, as these may be accessed or utilized by students and instructors.

As this chapter closes, we honor the people, the work, and the purpose that defined the organization’s journey. What remains is not only the record of service, but the impact it leaves behind for future students to build upon.

With gratitude and respect, we bring this chapter and this era of service to a meaningful close.

𝗕𝗔𝗘-𝘆𝗼𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗧𝗲𝗿𝗺: 𝗔 𝗟𝗲𝗴𝗮𝗰𝘆 𝗙𝗼𝗿𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱

As the organization reaches the end of its journey and service, it leaves behind a simple yet meaningful initiative for BA-E students.

Marking its final initiative, six stand fans were provided for rooms that require better ventilation to improve comfort amid current heat conditions. Essential academic tools were also extended, including five HDMI cords and two extension cords, to support daily classroom activities and lessen the need for students to bring their own equipment. More than a one-time initiative, this serves as a lasting investment for future students and instructors.

These classroom essentials are now in safekeeping at the Dean’s Office through the Department Chair of BSBA and JMS Adviser, Dr. Amor Ilagan, and are expected to be utilized in the coming academic years.
