🔥Breaking the Crust: The Volcano Campus Press Challenges was a ressounding success!

Held last November 6-7, 2025 at Batangas City Integrated High School, the event brought together passionate and talented campus journalists. From writing to cartooning, from photojournalism to broadcastinhlg - our young writer truly probed that the campus press is alive and unstoppable!💪✍️📷

GUIDELINES ON THE SCREENING OF THE VOLCANO STAFFERS
1. The screening is open to all bonafide students of Batangas City Integrated High School who are interested to be part of The Volcano, The Official Student Publication (English) of Batangas City Integrated High School.

2. BCIHS students must come for the screening that will happen on the following date, time, and venue.
VENUE:GMA Bldg. SPJ Lab and GMA Rm. 7
TIME: 3:00pm-4:00pm
DATE: July 3, 2025 (News, Editorial, Column, Copyreading, Cartooning, Layout/Graphics
July 4, 2025 (Sports, Science, Photojourn, Feature, TV and Radio Broadcasting, Layout/Graphics)

4. Bring the necessary material you need for the screening.

5. All applicants must secure parents’ consent from their English teacher one day before the schedule date of screening.

6. Signed parents’ consent must be submitted during the day of screening.

7. Applicants who passed The Volcano screening will be announced on July11, 2025.
