Building a Safer Tomorrow: BSP Batangas City Council Holds Safeguarding Policy Orientation
Ensuring the safety, protection, and well-being of young scouts remains the top priority of Scouting. Today, August 15, 2026, the Boy Scouts of the Philippines (BSP) Batangas City Council gathered scouts—including Sto. Niño NHS - BSP Outfit 157—alongside unit leaders and institutional scout officials at the Batangas City East Elementary School Gymnasium for the BSP National Safeguarding Policy Orientation.
Originally rescheduled to prioritize everyone's safety during recent bad weather, the orientation successfully brought the community together to reinforce crucial guidelines on scout safety, welfare, and emergency readiness.
Through collaborative efforts among council executives, unit leaders, and supportive parents, the event highlighted the community's shared commitment in nurturing a safe, empowering environment where youth can grow, lead, and serve.
