Congratulations to our CICT's innovative minds for winning 𝟯𝗿𝗱 𝗣𝗟𝗔𝗖𝗘 at the "Hack the Future: Smart Batangas Province Hackathon Challenge" during the Philippine Innovation Conference 2025!

The team impressed the judges with Pro-BIN-sya, their winning entry, which focused on a Smart Solid Waste Management System for the Province of Batangas.

𝐁𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐭 𝐌𝐚𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐠, for securing 𝐓𝐇𝐈𝐑𝐃 𝐏𝐋𝐀𝐂𝐄 in the 𝐇𝐚𝐜𝐤 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐅𝐮𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞: 𝐒𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐭 𝐁𝐚𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐬 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐇𝐚𝐜𝐤𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐧, held during the 𝐏𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐩𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐈𝐧𝐧𝐨𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓 last November 21-22, 2025.

Their innovative project, 𝐁𝐚𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐬 𝐏𝐫𝐨-𝐁𝐈𝐍-𝐬𝐲𝐚, is a 𝘚𝘮𝘢𝘳𝘵 𝘞𝘢𝘴𝘵𝘦 𝘔𝘢𝘯𝘢𝘨𝘦𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘵 𝘚𝘺𝘴𝘵𝘦𝘮 designed to help the Province of Batangas monitor, collect, and manage waste more efficiently through technology-driven solutions. 🗑️♻️
