First Periodical Test is approaching! Stress is building as exam week approaches. So, the SPG Officers of Balas Elementary School has prepared some tips for you!
TIPS AND GUIDES ON STUDYING โจ
โข Eat Healthy- research shows that certain healthy foods may help enhance mental performance, so eating healthy foods may help you understand the lessons or topic you're studying ๐
โข Try studying with a motivating friend- Having someone to motivate you is essential for healthy study habits. When you are motivated, it is much easier to maintain focus over time. If you don't have someone to motivate you, motivate yourself ๐ฏโโ๏ธ
โข Check your understanding of the lessons- To test your understanding, have someone ask you questions regarding the topics and lessons you reviewed ๐
โข Study efficiently with a routine that works- If you have a study habit, stick to it; it will make your reviewing easier and faster ๐
โข Take breaks and get enough sleep- Don't overstress yourself. If your brain is exhausted, it will not function properly. Take a few moments to relax ๐โโ๏ธ๐ด
โข Breathe and Be Confident- Always be calm and remember to breathe, and be confident in your knowledge and the things you've learned ๐
