𝐈𝐍 𝐏𝐇𝐎𝐓𝐎𝐒 | FRESHMEN GENERAL ASSEMBLY (Afternoon Session)

The afternoon session of the Freshmen General Orientation started at 1:00 PM at the Westmead International School Gymnasium. Welcoming students from the College of Information Technology and Computer Studies (CITCS), College of Tourism and Hospitality Management (CTHM), and College of Engineering (COE). Department presidents and organization leaders greeted the freshmen and shared motivational messages that highlighted perseverance, leadership, and making the most of their college experience. Students learned about their academic programs, organizations, and opportunities within their departments. Various booths set up by department organizations added excitement to the event. They allowed freshmen to meet officers and take part in activities. The orientation featured entertaining dance numbers, singing performances, and games that kept the freshmen engaged. It helped create a fun, memorable, and welcoming experience as they began their journey at Westmead International School.

𝐈𝐍 𝐏𝐇𝐎𝐓𝐎𝐒 | FRESHMEN GENERAL ASSEMBLY (Morning Session)

On July 17, 2026, the morning session of the Freshmen General Orientation took place at the Westmead International School Gymnasium. The School welcomed new students from the College of Arts and Sciences (CAS), College of Teacher Education (CTE), School of Economics and Business Accountancy (SEBA), and School of Criminology (SOC). The program started at 8:00 AM with opening remarks from Sir Christian Suarez. He encouraged freshmen to embrace both the opportunities and challenges of college life. Ms. Rosmina Baja also gave an inspiring message. Department presidents and organization leaders shared words of encouragement and guidance. Interactive booths set up by each department organization allowed students to meet fellow freshmen and learn about campus activities. To enhance the orientation experience, there were several dance and singing performances, along with games throughout the program. These activities entertained the freshmen and created a lively and welcoming atmosphere for their first official school event.
