Ako po si Jane Khristine Cardano at ang aking asawa na si Vincent Cardano, isang alumni ng SPSHS 1, taga Brgy. Sto. Nino San Pascual Batangas ay lumalapit sa inyo upang hingin ang inyong mga dasal at tulong pinansyal para sa aming baby na si JAN JAVIN CARDANO. Kasalukuyang nasa ICU (nakaintubated) na may sakit na severe pneumonia dito sa SAN ANTONIO LIFE CARE HOSPITAL ng halos 9 days
Two months old palang po ang aming baby at ganitong karamdaman na ang kanyang nararanasan. Kami po ay kumakatok sa inyong mabubuting puso para sa patuloy niyang paggaling. Wala po kami sapat na trabaho upang masuportahan ang patuloy na paglaki ng bill na umabot na ngayon sa 275k hindi pa kasama ang professional fee ng kanyang 3 doctor.

Ano man po ang inyong makayanan mula sa inyong puso sa kahit anong halaga maliit man ito o malaki ay kapag napagsama sama ay isang malaking tulong po para sa aming baby at amin pong lubos na pinagpapasalamat sa inyo. Ang ating Poong Maykapal na po ang siyang magbabalik sa inyo ng gantimpala.

First off, a huge thank you for being a part of the "Sālo Project: A Uniform Donation Drive." Your old uniform can bring smiles to young faces! Here's a super simple guide to follow when you're ready to donate:

1. Check Your Uniform
Make sure the uniform you're donating is in good shape. It should be clean and something another person would be happy to wear. We are accepting skirts, slacks, a white polo, and neck ties with our school's representation!

2. Find the Donation Box
Head to the first building on campus and look for the "Sālo Project: A Uniform Donation Drive" box on the first floor. You can't miss it!

3. Grab Your Stab
Don't worry, it's not painful! 😉 We'll give you a stab to fill out. Just jot down your name and how we can reach you. We'd love to stay connected!

4. Spread the Love with a Note
Feel like adding a little extra kindness? Pen down a note for the future wearer of your uniform. A few words of encouragement can mean the world.

5. Time for the Big Moment
With a smile on your face, put your uniform in the donation box. Just think about the happiness you're passing on!

On May 13, 2023, SPSHS 1's Official School Publication "The Vanguards" participated in the first 2023 Congressional District II Press Conference (secondary) conducted at Anselmo A. Sandoval Memorial National High School with the theme "From Campus Journalism to Real-World Journalism: Shaping Minds from Schools to Societies."

With great efforts and teamwork, the Vanguards were able to pull it off under the guidance and support of Ma'am Juliefe Cusi, the publication adviser, despite the short period of preparation.

The team was accompanied by Dr. Maribel Sikat, publication consultant, and Sir John Mark Yaco, faculty, during the said contest.

This would also not have been possible without the loving support and presence of Ma'am Marcela Agdan, the school principal, and Dr. Berna Marasigan Reyes, the public school's district supervisor.

The Vanguards express their gratitude to all the people behind the success, from the parents and guardians to the faculty and staff, for their contribution, assistance, and cheers throughout the journey. And surprisingly, to Ma'am Daisy Varela Villas for the delicious foods she personally delivered 😍
