Highlighting the importance of public speaking within and outside the academe, the English Language Students’ Society spearheaded DISKURSO 1.0 with the theme, “Speak to Succeed, Unlocking Careers through the Public Speaking" at the CITE Lecture Rooms, Gabriela Silang Building, April 29.

Ms. Gianna Abao, a Filipino content creator and a TEDx speaker, served as the guest speaker in the seminar. She captivated every ELSSkada in her outline of a melancholic love story to a story of success built through the power of public speaking.

Truly, kahit kabado, kahit backburner o second option, we can craft ourselves paths with empowered voices of passion and purpose.
