🇵🇭 𝐂𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐏𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐩𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐈𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐩𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐃𝐚𝐲 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔
Today, 𝗦𝘁𝗼. 𝗡𝗶ñ𝗼 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹 proudly joins the nation in celebrating the 𝟏𝟐𝟖𝐭𝐡 𝐏𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐩𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐈𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐩𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐃𝐚𝐲—a significant occasion that reminds us of the courage, sacrifices, and unwavering love for country shown by our heroes who fought for the freedom we enjoy today.
𝙄𝙣𝙙𝙚𝙥𝙚𝙣𝙙𝙚𝙣𝙘𝙚 𝘿𝙖𝙮 is more than a historical event commemorating the declaration of 𝗣𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗽𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗼𝗻 𝗝𝘂𝗻𝗲 𝟭𝟮, 𝟭𝟴𝟵𝟴. It is a celebration of our identity as Filipinos, our rich culture, and the values of unity, patriotism, and resilience that continue to shape our nation. It serves as a reminder that the freedom we have today was not easily earned but was achieved through the dedication and sacrifices of countless individuals who dreamed of a sovereign and united 𝐏𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐩𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬.
As members of the 𝗦𝘁𝗼. 𝗡𝗶ñ𝗼 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹 community, we celebrate this day by honoring the legacy of our heroes and reflecting on our role in nation-building. While we may not fight battles as they did, we can contribute to our country’s progress through education, responsible citizenship, respect for one another, and commitment to doing what is right. 𝙀𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙮 𝙖𝙘𝙩 𝙤𝙛 𝙠𝙞𝙣𝙙𝙣𝙚𝙨𝙨, 𝙝𝙤𝙣𝙚𝙨𝙩𝙮, 𝙨𝙚𝙧𝙫𝙞𝙘𝙚, 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙚𝙭𝙘𝙚𝙡𝙡𝙚𝙣𝙘𝙚 𝙞𝙨 𝙖 𝙬𝙖𝙮 𝙤𝙛 𝙚𝙭𝙥𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙨𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙜𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙩𝙪𝙙𝙚 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙛𝙧𝙚𝙚𝙙𝙤𝙢 𝙬𝙚 𝙝𝙖𝙫𝙚 𝙞𝙣𝙝𝙚𝙧𝙞𝙩𝙚𝙙.
This celebration also reminds us that independence is not only about freedom from foreign rule but also about our responsibility to use our freedom wisely—to learn, to grow, to dream, and to work together for a better future. As students, teachers, parents, and stakeholders, we share the responsibility of preserving the values that our heroes fought for and passing them on to future generations.
May this Independence Day inspire us to deepen our love for our country, appreciate the blessings of freedom, and continue striving to become citizens who contribute positively to our communities and to the nation.
