In an age where opinions spread faster than facts and convenience often outweighs conviction, this day reminds us that true leadership is grounded in principle, and meaningful change begins with informed minds and responsible actions.

As we commemorate 𝗠𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗻𝗶 𝗗𝗮𝘆, declared a 𝗦𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗡𝗼𝗻-𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝘂𝗯𝗹𝗶𝗰 𝗛𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘆 in the 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗕𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗮𝘀 pursuant to 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗹𝗮𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗡𝗼. 𝟮𝟯𝟲𝟳, we honor the life and legacy of 𝗔𝗽𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗼 𝗠𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗻𝗶, the 𝗕𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝘃𝗼𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, whose courage and conviction continue to inspire generations of Filipinos.
