What is NSED?

The Nationwide Simultaneous Earthquake Drill or NSED is a quarterly exercise spearheaded by the Office of Civil Defense to promote earthquake awareness and preparedness of the general public.

It also aims to strengthen the preparedness of Local Government Units in the event of a strong ground shaking and its secondary hazards like fire, tsunami, and liquefaction.

Join the drill by performing DUCK, COVER, and HOLD this 25 March, 09:00AM!

Keep safe and stay alert. Do the duck cover and hold procedure and proceed to safe spaces in case of elevated situation. God bless us all.
