Please be informed that tomorrow, August 20, 2026 (Thursday), all classes will be conducted online in accordance with the official announcement on the implementation of alternative learning modes for schools in Batangas, in consideration of the safety and well-being of our students and faculty.

Regarding the examinations, please take note of the following:
-All examinations scheduled from Monday to Thursday that have not yet been administered will be rescheduled to next week.
-Faculty members with examinations originally scheduled on Saturday and Sunday may administer the examinations face-to-face as scheduled, provided that the weather conditions are safe and favorable.

Everyone is advised to monitor official school announcements and to prioritize safety at all times.

Due to the continuous heavy rainfall and the ongoing concerns brought about by the weather conditions, there will be no online synchronous classes tomorrow, August 19, 2026 (Wednesday).

This decision is also in consideration of concerns raised by students regarding power interruptions, weak internet signal, and connectivity difficulties in several areas, which may affect their ability to participate effectively in online classes.

In view of the class suspensions, make-up class will be scheduled after the Examination Week, and the specific date and guidelines will be announced separately.

If weather conditions improve, exams on Thursday and Sat/Sun will continue as scheduled.

Faculty members are advised to take note of this arrangement and await further announcement regarding the make-up class schedule.
