#𝗕𝗢𝗥𝗕𝗢𝗡𝗜𝗔𝗡 𝗔𝗗𝗩𝗜𝗦𝗢𝗥𝗬 | 𝗦𝗨𝗦𝗣𝗘𝗡𝗦𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗢𝗙 𝗖𝗟𝗔𝗦𝗦𝗘𝗦 𝗔𝗡𝗗 𝗚𝗢𝗩𝗘𝗥𝗡𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧 𝗪𝗢𝗥𝗞 𝗢𝗡 𝗡𝗢𝗩𝗘𝗠𝗕𝗘𝗥 𝟵, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱

In preparation for the expected impact of , all government and private offices will be closed tomorrow, November 9, 2025. Additionally, classes at all levels in both public and private schools are officially suspended for the entire day to prevent any risk to students and faculty.

Furthermore, all markets—both old and new—along with malls and other commercial establishments at Batangas City, will remain closed starting from 8:00 AM tomorrow.

We urge everyone to stay indoors and monitor official announcements for updates as the situation develops. Stay safe, Red Spartans!

This orientation aims to welcome our graduate students, introduce university policies and services, and provide essential information to ensure a smooth and meaningful academic journey.

In accordance with Memorandum No. 25, Series of 2025, the Office of the Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs announces that all classes on September 27, 2025, will be conducted asynchronously, with all faculty members required to observe a Work-from-Home (WFH) arrangement due to the anticipated severe weather caused by Bagyong Opong.

Students are advised to regularly check their respective learning platforms, while faculty members are reminded to record their attendance via the Online Employee Attendance Monitoring System (OEMS) and to submit their accomplishment reports accordingly.
