This measure covers the National Capital Region and the identified provinces and is being implemented to ensure the safety and well-being of everyone.

🏫 For Schools: Alternative learning modes shall be implemented as appropriate.
🏢 For Government Offices: Appropriate alternative work arrangements shall be observed.
