Pursuant to the Proclamation No. 1006, s. 2026, April 9, 2026 is declared as a Regular Holiday in observance of the Day of Valor (Araw ng Kagitingan).

In accordance with OUP Memorandum Order No. 491, s. 2026 and HR-Central Advisory No. 5, s. On April 1, 2026 (Wednesday), all office transactions will be conducted online only from 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon. This temporary arrangement ensures uninterrupted service while preparing for the upcoming Holy Week.

All classes on April 1 will also be conducted via synchronous online sessions.

Please be advised that office operations will be suspended on April 2–3, 2026 (Maundy Thursday and Good Friday). No on-site or online transactions will be accommodated during this period.

Regular office operations are set to resume on April 6, 2026, with offices returning to their standard schedules. Stakeholders are advised to plan their transactions accordingly.

The campus reiterates its commitment to the proper implementation of the Waste Management Program to promote environmental sustainability and eco-friendly practices among students, faculty, and staff. Through continuous information dissemination, regular monitoring, and the active participation of the campus community, the program has been consistently implemented.

As a result, several accomplishments have been achieved, including the promotion of sustainable packaging alternatives; the installation of water dispensers or water stations to reduce the use of single-use plastic bottles; the continuous dissemination of awareness campaigns and reminders on proper waste management; and active participation in recycling and campus clean-up activities.

These initiatives demonstrate the campus’ ongoing efforts to maintain a clean and environmentally responsible learning environment.
