Sometimes the epiphany isn't a dramatic breakthrough...
It's the quiet realization that healing can begin when someone finally feels seen, heard, and safe enough to speak.
Sometimes, the most powerful intervention is simply being there.

we wished we could keep a little longer.

faced with the harshness of reality,
yet choosing to remain strong
amidst uncertainty.

Loss, although painful, is a valuable, growth-filled moment of authentic emotional expressionโ, a proof of radical acceptance, while honoring the beauty of temporary experience.
May August be kind to us, and may you also be kind to yourself.

To all graduates, congratulations on reaching this milestone. Your hard work, resilience, and perseverance have brought you to this moment, and you deserve to celebrate how far you've come.
To every student continuing their journey, keep moving forward. Growth isn't measured by how quickly you reach the finish line, but by the courage to keep showing up, learning, and trying again.
No matter where you are in your story, every step forward matters.

๐ซ Stand Against Hazing. Choose Respect. Choose Safety. ๐ซ
Hazing has no place in our university community. Under CHED Memorandum Order (CMO) No. 6, s. 2026 and the Anti-Hazing Act of 2018 (Republic Act No. 11053), all students are encouraged to recognize, prevent, and report hazing to ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment.
๐ How to identify hazing:
โข Forced physical activities or violence
โข Humiliating, degrading, or abusive acts
โข Coercion to consume alcohol or harmful substances
โข Any activity that endangers a person's physical or mental well-being as a condition for membership
๐ข How to report hazing:
If you witness or experience hazing, immediately report it to the Office of Guidance and Counseling, the Office of Student Affairs, your College Dean, or university security. In emergencies, contact the Philippine National Police (PNP) or other appropriate authorities.
Together, let us build a campus culture founded on respect, dignity, accountability, and zero tolerance for hazing. โค๏ธ๐ค
