πŸ“’CTE Department Assembly & Proclamation 2026 πŸ“’

Yesterday, the College of Teacher Education (CTE) Department gathered at Barangay San Roque, Rosario, Batangas for a truly meaningful Assembly and Proclamation Ceremony of the newly elected TESA Officers. This event was a celebration of leadership, unity, and service β€” a moment that brought together faculty, students, and community members to witness the official recognition of the new officers who will carry forward the mission of TESA.

The program highlighted the inspiring theme: β€œStrong Minds, Compassionate Hearts: Building Resilient Future Educators Through Mental Awareness and Well‑Being,” underscoring the importance of resilience, holistic well‑being, and mental awareness in shaping future teachers. A special sharing was delivered by Ms. Mikaela Soriano Gonzales, RPm, who provided valuable insights on the topic, reminding everyone of the vital role mental health plays in education and leadership.

The assembly also gave its deepest appreciation and thanksgiving to the previous set of TESA Officers, led by Ma’am Anna Elizabeth Yambao, for their dedicated service and unwavering commitment to the organization. Their leadership paved the way for continued growth and unity within the department. πŸ’™

To further strengthen camaraderie and teamwork, the event featured basketball games for both male and female categories, fostering sportsmanship and unity among students. These friendly competitions symbolized how leadership is not only about responsibility but also about building connections, encouraging participation, and celebrating talents beyond academics.

This Assembly and Proclamation stand as a testament to the vibrant and empowered community of future educators. It proves that when students unite with purpose β€” whether in leadership, academics, or sports β€” they can achieve meaningful change and lasting impact for the department and the community. πŸ’™πŸ’›
