Guillermo Sagaya Tulio Scholarship
1. Five scholarships of 2,000 Php will be paid to BICT (Batan Integrated College of Technology ) for the following semester school fee.
2. Student should be a resident of Batan Aklan
3. Grade point average from the last semester should be at least High Average or B and a full time student.
4. The applicant has no family member who is an OFW or living abroad.
5. Should submit 2 recommendation letters.
For Selection:
1. Send your application with required attachments to [email protected] Subject: GSTulio Scholarship
2. Connect to FB for update.
Upon Selection:
1. Student will be notified by email or thru FB.
2. GST Scholarhip will send the money directly to BICT as school fee.
3. Recipient who will drop out of school can not refund the GST Scholarhip, instead it will be placed as a donation.

Guillermo Sagaya Tulio was born in Altavas but spent his younger days in Batan. After World War II he had the opportunity to travel when he was brought by the Americans to Okinawa. He worked for the US Military as a civilian. Being lucky to have worked overseas, he supported many friends and relatives. He always believed in education that he sent relatives to attend college though he never had a college degree himself. Now that the people he helped has retired in their professions I as his youngest child has been extending help to many. This school year I am starting my assistance under his name, Guillermo Sagaya Tulio Scholarship.
