#π·πΊπππ―π’π¬π¨π«π² 2026-12: The Procurement Service-DBM (PS-DBM) issues this REMINDER to inform the Procuring Entities (PEs) belonging to the third batch of decommissioning that the last day of posting procurement opportunities in PhilGEPS 1.5 is only until June 30, 2026.
Following the Extension of the Deadline for the Decommissioning of the PhilGEPS 1.5 for the Third Batch of PEs dated March 2, 2026, mentioning an initial deadline of April 30, 2026, and an extension of June 30, 2026. This extension period is given to ensure sufficient time for completing the remaining service transition activities and resolving underlying technical issues towards an efficient migration to the Modernized PhilGEPS.
All PEs are strongly advised to complete all the necessary preparations and are reminded to RESET THEIR PASSWORDS AND VALIDATE USER ACCESS to avoid disruptions in their procurement activities.
Similarly, the original timeline remains unchanged with no approved extension for PEs in the first and second batches with scheduled cut-off dates of October 31, 2025 and December 31, 2025, respectively.
The transition to the full use of the Modernized PhilGEPS is pursuant to GPPB Resolution No. 09-2025, entitled βApproving the Recommendation of the PS-DBM for the Decommissioning of the Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System (PhilGEPS) 1.5 and the Use of the Modernized PhilGEPS Based on Prescribed Timelines.β
All concerned PEs are hereby enjoined to strictly comply and ensure a timely and orderly transition to the Modernized PhilGEPS.
