🗓️ June 11, 2026

We successfully held the Presentation and Election of School Clubs and Organizations, facilitated by our dedicated SSLG officers and school club advisers. This activity gave our learners the opportunity to explore their interests, discover their passions, and become active members of the school community.

Lalab National High School successfully conducted the Administration of Beginning of School Year (BOSY) Assessments as part of our Opening Block activities. This initiative marks a strong and organized start to the academic year, ensuring that learners are properly assessed and guided from day one.

📚 Assessment Highlights:
✅ PHIL-IRI (English & Filipino) – Conducted across Grades 7–10 with the support of dedicated facilitators
✅ RAM (Mathematics) – Administered to evaluate learners’ numeracy skills and readiness

Another meaningful day of learning, leadership, and awareness unfolded as we continued our Opening Block activities!

✅ Learning Area Orientation
Students were guided by our dedicated teachers through subject expectations, academic requirements, and the grading system setting a clear path for success this school year.

✅ Induction of SSLG Officers
Congratulations to our newly elected SSLG officers! Your oath-taking marks the beginning of your leadership journey as you take on your duties and responsibilities with pride and commitment.

✅ School Policy Orientation
With the guidance of Mrs. Abby Gay I. Cañete, students were oriented on school rules and regulations, helping foster discipline and a safe learning environment.

✅ Anti-Bullying Awareness Assembly
Led by Mrs. Lylyn June A. Barrientos, this session empowered learners to understand bullying, recognize its forms, and know the proper reporting and support systems available.

LALAB NHS Gears Up for School Opening! 💪💚💛

Today, June 9, 2026, Lalab National High School proudly extends its warmest welcome to Dr. Mikko Jan D. Lopez, Senior Education Program Specialist for Research and Planning, Schools Division of Aklan.

Dr. Lopez’s visit aims to monitor and support the implementation of the Three-Term School Calendar in Basic Education, ensuring that the school is compliant with DepEd policies and standards, while strengthening data-driven decision-making and providing technical guidance to enhance school performance.
