BSP Backyard Camping 2025
The Ferdinand E. Marcos Senior High School proudly conducted its BSP Backyard Camping on November 28–29 held at school grounds, gathering Boy Scouts from Grades 11 and 12 for two days of learning, teamwork, and adventure.
The event aimed to introduce scouts to essential Scouting skills while fostering camaraderie, responsibility, and discipline. Scouts engaged in various activities such as campfire, talent show, sunrise jog, clean-up drive, First Aid and Disaster Readiness lecture, and team building activities which designed to strengthen their knowledge and appreciation of Scouting values. During the Scouts’ two-day stay, this activity successfully offered a fun, meaningful, and educational experience while also showcasing the scouts’ teamwork and enthusiasm.
This activity is a success because of the unwavering support of the School Principal, Engr. Pepsi P. Duldulao, whose guidance and full support made it possible to carry out the event smoothly. A huge appreciation is also given to the Bureau of Fire Protection for making sure that the scouts are well-aware of First Aid and Disaster Preparedness and to the Brgy. Tanods of Brgy. Valdez, headed by Hon. Gilbert Medina, for sharing their time in securing the school and ensuring that the scouts are safe throughout the event.
The closing ceremony celebrated not only the scouts’ achievements but also the dedication of the people who made the event possible.
