1. Students may come during their assigned schedule on a 'first come, first served basis'.
2. The counselor will accommodate students by group, with approximately 10–12 students per group.
3. Please arrive on time and wait for your assigned group to be called.
4. All graduating students are required to fill out the Exit Interview Google Form. Take a screenshot of the form as proof of accomplishment to be presented during your scheduled interview.
5. Kindly prepare your necessary requirements beforehand to avoid delays.

The MMSU Office of the Student Affairs and Services Guidance and Counseling Unit - CAS, would like to remind all enrolled students for the 1st Semester of School Year 2025-2026 to update the CUMULATIVE RECORDS OF STUDENTS (CURES).

Before submitting to do the following:
✔️please make sure to attach a photo before downloading and printing.
✔️ don't forget to affix your signature before submitting
✔️put it in a long brown envelope (for 1st year students only) and submit to the Office of the Guidance Counselor for CAS thru your class representative.

You are directed to submit the updated CURES on or before September 15, 2025. See pictures for complete instructions.
