The college shall broaden access to its programs and strive to attain excellence, responsiveness, efficiency and effectiveness of its programs in order to meet the increasing demand for trained manpower who will assume leadership and responsibility in business, industry and the government service. provide quality business education in accountancy, economics, management, cooperatives, entrepreneurs
hip and tourism that is responsive to the dynamic domestic and international environment;
2. assume greater relevance to the community through a continuing education program for entrepreneurs, cooperatives, local government managers and through strengthened linkages with stakeholders such as alumni, government organizations (GOs), non-government organizations (NGOs), business and industry on curricular matters;
3. advance and disseminate knowledge through research especially on issues related to sustainable development and community development interventions to micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs), cooperatives as well as capability-building among local government units (LGUs), marginalized/disadvantaged group, out-of-school youths (OSYs) and women;
4. produce research-based and community-based materials for instruction in economics, accounting, cooperatives, entrepreneurship, tourism and management which are suitable for classroom use and alternative educational delivery mode;
5. build and maintain a highly qualified faculty and staff and well-equipped proactive organization; and
6. Inculcate values and attitudes for the development of responsible and democratic citizenship, a strong sense of national pride and environmental concerns.
