The Mariano Marcos State University Reserve Officers' Training Corps Unit extends its warmest congratulations to our very own Corps Commander, CDT LTC MISHAEL ADZUARA 1CL, for successfully completing the SALARS-7 2026 seminar!

Representing the unit with immense pride, she joined her fellow Advanced ROTC Officers from the 1st and 3rd Regional Community Defense Groups (RCDGs) at Fort Magsaysay, Nueva Ecija, for this prestigious training. The comprehensive program was conducted in two intense phases, beginning with online preparatory sessions on September 5 and 12, and concluding with a site visit and leadership tour on September 26 and 27, 2026.

Centered on the essential leadership foundations of character, presence, and intellect, the seminar challenged the student-officers to refine their moral courage, integrity, tactical confidence, and critical thinking. These sharpened attributes ensure that our Corps Commander, alongside her fellow advanced officers, is fully prepared to make sound decisions, lead from the front by example, and uphold the standards of the ROTC community.

May the principles, discipline, and insights gained from this seminar continue to ignite your passion for service, excellence, and visionary leadership as you guide the MMSU ROTC Unit to greater heights.

SNAPPY SALUTE, MA'AM!
