According to Philippine Coast Guard spokesperson for West Philippine Sea Commodore Jay Tarriela, disinformation spreads through three different levels, which include 𝑰𝒏𝒊𝒕𝒊𝒂𝒕𝒐𝒓𝒔, 𝑫𝒊𝒔𝒔𝒆𝒎𝒊𝒏𝒂𝒕𝒐𝒓𝒔, 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑹𝒆𝒑𝒐𝒔𝒕𝒆𝒓𝒔.

Use this to identify disinformation stages and strengthen fact-checking against false narratives.
