LIBRENG THEORETICAL DRIVING COURSE (TDC), IDARAOS NG LTO SA BUONG BANSA

SA layong paigtingin ang pagsusulong ng kaligtasan sa mga lansangan at pagtitiyak na matatawag na roadworthy ang mga bibiyaheng sasakyan, magsasagawa ang Land Transportation Office (LTO) ng malawakan at libreng theoretical driving course (TDC) para sa mga pre-registered na student driver applicant sa Mayo 11 at 12.

Ang inisiyatibong ito ay kasabay na ng pagdiwang ng ika-111 anibersaryo ng pagkakatatag ng ahensiya.

Ipinahayag ni LTO Chief Jayart Tugade na layon ng complimentary TDC program na magbigay ng oportunidad para sa mga Pilipinong walang kakayahang magbayad para sa aplikasyon ng student permit at makakuha ng mahalagang edukasyon sa pagmamaneho.

"LTO recognizes that not all Filipinos have the financial means to cover TDC fees, which is why we have arranged for the provision of complimentary TDCs at our regional offices. While we can only accommodate a limited number of students, this initiative demonstrates the agency's dedication to increasing the number of qualified drivers on the road, in partnership with our affiliated driving schools," pahayag ni Tugade.

Kasunod ng hakbang na ito ay ang regular o buwanan nang pagdaraos ng libreng TDC sa lahat ng mga tanggapan ng LTO sa buong bansa bilang bahagi pa rin ng pagsisikap ng ahensya na makahubog ng mga iskolar sa driving education.

Batid ni LTO Chief Tugade na maraming Pilipino ang nais matuto o mahasa sa pagmamaneho upang magamit ang kakayahan sa hanapbuhay.

Kaugnay nito, muling binigyang-diin ni Tugade na makabubuting sa mga opisina ng LTO makipagtransaksyon para sa aplikasyon ng student permit at hindi sa mga fixer.

"We wish to emphasize that the TDC is a prerequisite for all student permit applicants, and the agency is working diligently to make it accessible to those without the financial means to do so. This is an effort to discourage applicants from resorting to fixers. Engaging with fixers is not only a financial waste but also results in unqualified and unskilled drivers on our roads," dagdag-pahayag ng LTO Chief.

A total of 20 scholarships are granted.

The conduct of TIP (Training Induction Program) headed by Sir Tobias Obrero Jr. was a great success. Good luck scholars!

Kung nakaabot ka ng Grade 10 to senior high or the old high school curriculum, or vocational course, ay pwede kang mag enroll sa first batch ng aming Bookkeeping NC III course. Enrollment for our 1st batch will end tomorrow, May 10, 2023.

We accept enrollees for the first batch of Bookkeeping na natigil sa pag aaral at currently unemployed.
