When you see the 𝐍𝐎 𝐌𝐎𝐓𝐎𝐑𝐂𝐘𝐂𝐋𝐄𝐒 sign, motorcycles are not permitted to enter or proceed into the restricted area.

For every road user, always remember to:

✅ Understand what it means and what action is required.
✅ Follow the restriction indicated by the sign.
✅ Stay alert for other signs, traffic lights, and road markings.

Ipinapaalam ng Land Transportation Office (LTO) na pansamantalang magiging offline ang system ng ahensya at maaaring magkaroon ng pansamantalang pagkaantala ng pagproseso ng mga transaksyon ngayong araw, Setyembre 14, 2026, bilang bahagi ng isinasagawang transition mula sa Stradcom LTO-IT System patungo sa Land Transportation Management System (LTMS).

Humihingi ang LTO ng pang-unawa ng publiko sa anumang abalang maaaring idulot ng pansamantalang pagkaantala. Magbibigay ang ahensya ng karagdagang abiso sa sandaling maging maayos na ang sistema at maaari nang ipagpatuloy ang mga transaksyon.

Your vehicle’s horn is an important safety device not something to use out of impatience, frustration, or simply to get someone’s attention.

As responsible drivers, we should use the horn only when necessary to warn other road users of an immediate danger or to help prevent an accident.

🚫 Avoid honking repeatedly in traffic.
🚫 Don’t use the horn to show anger or impatience.
🚫 Don’t honk just because the vehicle ahead is moving slowly.
✅ Stay patient and alert.
✅ Keep a safe following distance.
✅ Use your horn responsibly when safety requires it.

𝐑𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫: A good driver knows when to use the horn and when to simply wait.

BASAHIN | Mananatiling bukas ang mga tanggapan ng Land Transportation Office (LTO) ngayong araw, Setyembre 10, 2026, upang patuloy na maihatid ang kinakailangang serbisyo sa publiko.

Alinsunod sa Memorandum Circular No. 135, ang mga tanggapan ng LTO ay magpapatuloy sa kanilang regular na operasyon.

Para sa mga may kinakailangang transaksyon, maaari pa ring magtungo sa pinakamalapit na tanggapan ng LTO. Gayunman, hinihikayat ang publiko na unahin ang kanilang kaligtasan, lalo na sa mga lugar na nakararanas ng malakas na pag-ulan o pagbaha.

Overtaking may save a few seconds, but an unsafe overtaking maneuver can put your life and the lives of other road users at serious risk.

𝐍𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐰𝐡𝐞𝐧:

✅ Overtaking is prohibited by road signs or markings.
✅ Visibility is poor due to fog, rain, curves, or other obstructions.
✅ You are approaching an intersection, pedestrian crossing, or other hazardous area.
✅ There is not enough clear distance to complete the maneuver safely.
✅ Other road users may be difficult to see or may be approaching quickly.

📍 𝐀𝐭 𝐚 𝟒-𝐰𝐚𝐲 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:
When you see a No Right Turn sign facing your lane, you must not turn right into the intersecting road. Continue straight or follow another permitted direction indicated by the road signs and markings.
