DAY 5 | 𝗦𝗶𝗿 𝗕𝗲𝗯𝗼𝘆'𝘀 𝗙𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝟭𝟬𝟬 𝗗𝗮𝘆𝘀

ONE LINE, ONE SCHOOL: LNNCHS STANDS STRAIGHT AT FRIDAY FLAG LOWERING

𝘕𝘰𝘵 𝘢 𝘴𝘪𝘯𝘨𝘭𝘦 𝘭𝘪𝘯𝘦 𝘰𝘶𝘵 𝘰𝘧 𝘱𝘭𝘢𝘤𝘦.

As the sun dipped low on Friday afternoon, hundreds of learners and teachers of Lanao del Norte National Comprehensive High School (LNNCHS) stood shoulder to shoulder in rows so straight they could have been drawn with a ruler. No pushing, no stragglers, no gaps, just one school standing as one.

The Friday Flag Lowering Ceremony of LNNCHS was conducted under the overall supervision and leadership of Dr. Pablo B. Nisnisan, EdD, Secondary School Principal IV, fondly called "Sir Beboy," on his fifth day as school head in this institution.

Learners and teachers assembled in full, straight lines, with the formation aligned, neat, and orderly across the grounds. The sight reflected the discipline and unity that Sir Beboy has championed since his first day at LNNCHS.

In his message, Sir Beboy stressed that lasting change starts with simple, daily acts.
"Small steps done consistently build a habit, and from that habit becomes a character," he said.
He also gave the faculty a word of inspiration and pride.
"Soar high, LNNCHS teachers, whose beauty and potentials belong to us," he added.

Known as the "Walk the Talk School Principal," Sir Beboy leads by example, and on Day 5, the whole school followed his lead, one straight line at a time.

The ceremony ended with the lowering of the Philippine flag, closing the week with a renewed commitment to discipline, character formation, and excellence at LNNCHS. 🇵🇭💙

SIR BEBOY FINDS A STRONG ALLY IN SPTA, VOWS MORE DEVELOPMENTS THIS SCHOOL YEAR

On Day 5 of his first 100 days, our School Principal, Dr. Pablo B. Nisnisan, EdD, Secondary School Principal IV, fondly called "Sir Beboy," attended his first monthly meeting with the School Parent-Teacher Association (SPTA) Board of Directors.

True to his reputation as the "Walk the Talk School Principal," Sir Beboy did not just listen; he engaged. He commended the SPTA Board, headed by Ma'am Michelle Ong, for its many contributions and initiatives that have uplifted our learners, teachers, and the whole LNNCHS community.

As SPTA adviser, Sir Beboy assured the officers that he will always have their back. He sees the SPTA as a strong ally, a partner he can count on as LNNCHS moves forward with more developments this school year and reaches greater heights.
Five days in, the message is clear: Sir Beboy leads by building bridges. When school leaders and parents walk together, our learners win.

Day 4 continued with a meaningful meeting between Sir Beboy and the Muslim teachers of LNNCHS to discuss Maranao culture, traditions, and practices that are important in our school community.

The meeting provided an opportunity to share experiences, discuss cultural concerns, and exchange ideas on how we can better understand and support our Muslim learners and their families.

Through open communication and collaboration, we hope to build a school environment where everyone feels respected, understood, and valued. 🤝💙

Because a stronger school community begins with listening, understanding, and respecting one another.

Day 4 of Sir Beboy’s leadership journey began with an orientation for parents and Senior High School learners participating in the Joint Delivery Voucher Program (JDVP) and Immersion , together with Ma’am Beverly G. Alviola, Teacher II / Assistant to the School Principal Designate, and Sir Melvin Tabacon, JDVP Coordinator.

The orientation highlighted the importance of strong home-school partnerships and collaborative efforts in ensuring that learners are well-guided and prepared to make the most of their technical-vocational learning opportunities.

With these inspiring words, Dr. Pablo B. Nisnisan, Secondary School Principal IV, fondly called Sir Beboy, affirmed his support for the teachers of Lanao del Norte National Comprehensive High School during a short meeting held on October 12, 2026, at 3:00 PM at the school's LRMDS.

Presided over by Ma'am Beverley G. Alviola, Master Teacher II and Assistant to the School Principal Designate, the meeting gathered the Grade Level Curriculum Chairs and the YES-O Coordinator under the overall supervision and leadership of Dr. Nisnisan.

The meeting focused on three key concerns: the clarification of cleaning assignments for every section, proper waste management, and the beautification of the school grounds.
According to Ma'am Alviola, the meeting aimed to give every section a clear area of responsibility and to keep the campus clean, orderly, and conducive to learning.

Dr. Nisnisan's message resonated with the attendees, reminding them that every achievement of the faculty is a shared success of the entire school community.

New SP IV Finds "Long-Awaited Answer" in LNNCHS-Made Data System

"Wala koy regret nga naabot ko diri sa LN."

These words came from no less than the newly assigned School Principal IV of Lanao del Norte National Comprehensive High School, Dr. Pablo B. Nisnisan, after being introduced to the school's very own School Data System, an innovation developed by Dr. Edward A. Taruc, Master Teacher II and SPTVE Coordinator.

During the orientation, Dr. Taruc presented the system's features, which allow teachers and offices to submit school reports and data through a single centralized platform, cutting down on paperwork, saving time, and keeping records accurate and accessible.

Visibly amazed, Dr. Nisnisan said the innovation answered a need he had long hoped to see in school management.
"I am grateful that I am assigned here, because it is only here in LN that I have seen my longing for a centralized submission system become a reality through this innovation," he shared.

The new school head expressed his support for the system, seeing it as a tool for more efficient, data-driven school leadership that ultimately benefits teachers and learners.
The LNNCHS family warmly welcomes Dr. Nisnisan and commends Dr. Taruc for an innovation that puts the school a step ahead in digital transformation.

First Monday Flag-Raising Ceremony with Dr. Pablo B. Nisnisan, School Principal IV

A new chapter begins at Lanao del Norte National Comprehensive High School (LNNCHS) as the school community warmly welcomes its newly assigned School Principal IV, Dr. Pablo B. Nisnisan, during his first Monday Flag-Raising Ceremony with the learners, teaching personnel, and non-teaching staff.

More than just a flag-raising ceremony, this gathering becomes an opportunity for Dr. Nisnisan to connect with the LNNCHS family through his first heart-to-heart talk with both learners and teachers. He shares his expectations, gives clear directions on the proper flow of the weekly Monday ceremony, and reminds everyone that discipline and excellence begin with our everyday actions.

Dr. Nisnisan also commends the entire school community for coming early and wearing their complete prescribed uniforms. The punctuality and cooperation shown by the learners and personnel reflect respect for the ceremony and a willingness to uphold school rules and standards, in keeping with the applicable provisions of Executive Order No. 292, or the Administrative Code of 1987.

Sharing a simple but powerful leadership reminder inspired by John C. Maxwell, “We don't get big things if we don't do small things,” Dr. Nisnisan encourages everyone to start with small changes, particularly by making attendance at the Monday Flag-Raising Ceremony a consistent habit.
