BARKADA FOR CHANGE, FREE FROM DRUGS
The Barkada Kontra Droga (BKD) Organization of Wakat National High School, on June 11, 2026, officially conducted its Room-to-Room Advocacy Campaign for School Year 2026β2027, promoting healthy friendships and a lifestyle free from drugs, alcohol, and other harmful vices.
Through this campaign, students are encouraged to understand the dangers of illegal drugs and make better, responsible choices. It highlights the importance of positive peer influence, preventing drug use, and practicing a healthy, drug-free lifestyle.
The BKD officers aim to guide learners in developing good habits and becoming responsible individuals. This also reminds everyone that students play an important role in preventing drug abuse.
Let us remember that preventing drug abuse is a shared responsibility. By supporting one another, we can build a safer and stronger school community.
Every choice we make shapes our future.
