The Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) between Red Media and the Cebu Technological University – Barili Campus Graduating Council was formally signed yesterday, March 03, 2026, officially designating Red Media as the campus’ Official Graduation Studio.

The signing was attended by Hon. Peter John Enorio, Graduating Council President, together with fellow officers, Hon. Xyrah Cuizon and Hon. Nilson Baga-an, alongside Mr. Ruel Origenes, HR, Sales & Marketing Director of Red Media, in the presence of Dr. Rotsenia Callao, SAS Dean, with the support of Dr. Romeo Lepiten, Campus Director, highlighting a partnership committed to professionalism, quality service, and institutional excellence.

𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐔𝐋𝐓𝐒 𝐀𝐑𝐄 𝐈𝐍!

All three bidders demonstrated remarkable creativity and professionalism, making the selection process both competitive and commendable.

Following the official count, Red Media garnered 211 votes, OneFine received 140 votes, and Darvel’s Photography obtained 28 votes, with 379 votes recorded in total.
