A. Specific to Dev. Ed. D.
MISSION OF THE UNIVERSITY:
The University shall primarily provide advanced professional and technical instruction for special purposes, advanced studies in industrial trade, agriculture, fishery, forestry, aeronautics and land – based programs, arts and sciences, health sciences, information technology and other relevant fields of study. It shall also undertake research and extension se
rvices and provide progressive leadership in its areas of specialization. GOALS OF THE UNIVERSITY:
The University shall produce scientifically and technologically oriented human capital equipped with appropriate knowledge, skills, and attitudes. It shall likewise pursue relevant research strengthen linkages with the industry, community and other institutions and maintain sustainable technology for the preservation of the environment. Common to all Doctorate Programs
PO1-Conduct of publishable quantitative or qualitative research towards authentic educational services, public governance, technology transfer and productivity
PO2-Expertise in multivariate technological systems analysis across disciplines
PO3-Manifestation of decision-making abilities through the use of quantitative analysis
PO4-Generation of theories towards exemplification of models, programs and practices
PO5-Ability to teach effectively and efficiently in various educational institutions
PO6-Recognition of professional, social and ethical responsibilities

PO7-Ability to solve current problems that deal with complex issues related to the discipline
PO8-Innovation of teaching approaches and resources
C. Specific to the Ph. T.M, Program
PO7-Possessing a strong background in implementing new technology-based business
PO8-Utilization of necessary tools and techniques to make original contributions to the field of Technology Management
PO9-Formulation of new technology ventures using integrated multi-disciplinary technology and management approach
PO10-Analysis of current and emerging technologies to meet the needs of growing industries

A. Common to all Master’s Programs

PO 7-Undertaking specialized trainings to enrich knowledge and skills
PO8-Contribution to the continued improvement of teaching and learning in the classrooms
C. Specific to MAEd (major in Administration and Supervision Program)
PO9-Acquisition of knowledge, skills, and dispositions necessary to be a successful school leader
PO10-Institution of new supervisory systems to address current issues
PO11-Application of field-based experience in the various aspects of school administration and supervision
PO12-Working in all levels of academia and guarantees the effectiveness of the institution’s policies, procedures and daily activities
PO13-Fulfillment of the institution’s educational mandate
D. Specific to MAEd (Major in Teaching Science)
PO9-Use the developmentally appropriate methods to design and deliver instruction in science
PO10-Planning and implementing appropriate scientific investigations to develop problem solving and critical thinking skills in science
PO11-Establishment of procedures that enhance the organization and management of the science classroom
PO12-Creation of appropriate evaluative measures to improve science instruction
PO13-Development of strategies to address science topics that are controversial to diverse groups
E. Specific to MAVEd program
PO5-Application of knowledge in industrial, home making and business and distributive arts
PO6-Addressing to current issues related to the areas of specialization
PO7-Contribution to rural and urban development
PO8-Conforming with Philippine value system in the practice of specific fields
F. Specific to MS Agriculture program
PO5-Demonstration of both specialized and broad knowledge, including insight into the multidisciplinary foundation of the field
PO6-Understanding the local and international conditions that apply to agriculture, its function and interaction with the environment and the community
PO7-Critical evaluation on the complex agricultural system as well as identification, formulation and implementation of different solutions appropriate measures and within predetermined parameters
PO8-Application of required skills to participate in research and development work to contribute to the development of the profession and professional practice
PO9-Exhibited need for continual development of knowledge and skills
G. Specific to MSIT program
PO5-Ability to assume leadership roles in industrial, processing and construction industries and in business, government and education
PO6-Acquisition of technical knowledge in areas such as quality assurance, industrial safety and automated production

PO8-Solving problems in industrial settings
