𝗗𝗼𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗗𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗨𝗽𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲

In response to the devastation brought by Typhoon Verbena in South, the Philippine Association of Food Technologists CTU Barili Chapter united to extend assistance to a fellow Food Technology student affected by the calamity.

The organization conducted a donation drive to support BSFT-3 John Marc Calunsag, who experienced significant damages and loss due to the typhoon.

𝗔𝗻𝗱 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁, 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗙𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗦𝗮𝗳𝗲𝘁𝘆 𝗦𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗿 𝗵𝗮𝘀 𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗮 𝗰𝗹𝗼𝘀𝗲!

He also shares his work immersion experiences and valuable insights on how these laws are implemented in actual industry settings highlighting the importance of compliance, consumer protection, and maintaining strong food safety standards across all operations.

𝗛𝗔𝗣𝗣𝗘𝗡𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗡𝗢𝗪: The session centers on Personal Hygiene and Sanitation in the Food Industry, presented by Ninia Marie Tecson, BSFT 4.

The discussion also includes her shared experiences from work immersion, giving students practical insights into maintaining proper hygiene, ensuring food safety, and meeting industry standards in real workplace settings.

𝗛𝗔𝗣𝗣𝗘𝗡𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗡𝗢𝗪: The session focuses on Republic Act No. 11313 – The Safe Spaces Act (Bawal Bastos Law), presented by Peter John C. Enorio, President of the Supreme Student Government.

This session highlights the importance of building safe, respectful, and harassment-free spaces, empowering students to uphold dignity, accountability, and responsible behavior within the campus and in the community.
