In line with the Department of Education’s Regional Memorandum No. 1043, s. 2024, titled “Intensifying Behavioral Attitudes and Ethical Values in Support of the Regional Values Reorientation Program,” we remain committed to nurturing strong character in our learners by focusing on a core value each month.
This August, we highlight the essential virtue of Courage — the strength to do what is right, even when it's not easy.
We extend our sincere gratitude to Miss Herlaine P. Agustin, a teacher and proud alumna of Bangsar Elementary School, for generously offering her time and meaningful message to inspire our learners and educators. Her inspiring words reminded us that courage is not only about facing fear, but also about holding firm to one’s values, making difficult but right choices, and staying true to oneself.
Thank you, ma’am, for empowering our learners to be brave, to act with integrity, and to believe in their ability to make a difference. Your presence has left a meaningful and lasting impact on both our pupils and fellow educators.
