ANNOUNCEMENT | WALANG PASOK BUKAS

In accordance with Memorandum No. MCCA 2026-003 issued by the Office of the Municipal Mayor of Banna, classes at all levels in both public and private schools are suspended tomorrow, June 19, 2026, due to the scheduled power interruption from 7:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.

The suspension of classes aims to protect the health, safety, and well-being of learners, teachers, and school personnel, especially considering the prevailing high temperatures and the absence of electricity that may affect classroom conditions.

While there will be no face-to-face classes, learning will continue through light and self-paced activities that may be accomplished at home. This initiative is anchored on the Department of Education's 4H Framework, particularly "Hinay", which encourages schools to reduce academic pressure and prioritize the welfare, balance, and overall well-being of learners.

Learning must continue, but at a manageable pace.

Students are encouraged to accomplish the provided activities at their own convenience while taking time to rest, stay hydrated, and remain safe during the power interruption.

Stay safe and keep cool, everyone! โ˜€๏ธ๐Ÿ’™

DAY 3 - JUNE 10, 2026

As part of the school's Opening Block activities, Banna Academy Inc. warmly welcomed its students through an orientation program designed to prepare them for a meaningful and productive academic year ahead.

A significant highlight of the activity was the comprehensive discussion led by our School Principal, Mrs. Janice M. Cacao, who emphasized the school's Philosophy, Vision, Mission, Goals, and Objectives. These serve as the guiding principles that shape the character, decisions, and daily operations of every member of the BAI community.

Students were also introduced to the various services offered by the school, including guidance services, transportation services, library services, and other student support programs. Likewise, important academic policies and standards of conduct were discussed to ensure that every BAI'an understands their responsibilities both inside and outside the campus.

More than academic excellence, Banna Academy Inc. continues to uphold its commitment to developing learners with strong values, discipline, and integrity. As we begin another school year, we encourage every student to prioritize their studies while embodying the ideals of good character and responsible citizenship.

True to its mission, Banna Academy Inc. strives "to produce holistically developed learnersโ€”not only intellectually competent but also morally and ethically consciousโ€”in order to achieve a successful and meaningful life."

Together, let us make this school year a journey of growth, excellence, and character formation.

PREPARING FOR EXCELLENCE, COMMITTED TO QUALITY EDUCATION!

As Banna Academy Inc. gears up for the opening of classes, two significant activities were successfully conducted to ensure that our school community remains responsive to the evolving educational landscape.

Yesterday, June 5, 2026, our faculty members participated in the Faculty Orientation and Meeting spearheaded by the School Principal, Mrs. Janice M. Cacao. The activity aimed to keep our educators abreast of the latest educational reforms and policies being implemented in the country, equipping them with the knowledge and understanding needed to effectively navigate these changes.

Today, June 6, 2026, our teachers took part in a One-Day Training Workshop made possible through the generous support of the DIWA Learning Systems Inc. The training was designed to upskill educators in selecting and utilizing appropriate instructional tools and strategies to deliver quality learning experiences in their respective classrooms.

These undertakings are vital preparations before the opening of classes, ensuring the smooth operation of the school amidst major educational transitions. More importantly, they reaffirm Banna Academy Inc.'s unwavering commitment to providing quality education and fostering academic excellence for every learner.

Together, we continue to learn, adapt, and grow for a brighter future of education.
