𝘈 𝘸𝘦𝘭𝘭-𝘥𝘦𝘴𝘦𝘳𝘷𝘦𝘥 𝘱𝘢𝘶𝘴𝘦, 𝘢 𝘵𝘪𝘮𝘦 𝘵𝘰 𝘳𝘦𝘤𝘰𝘯𝘯𝘦𝘤𝘵, 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘮𝘰𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘴 𝘵𝘰 𝘴𝘪𝘮𝘱𝘭𝘺 𝘦𝘯𝘫𝘰𝘺! 💕

After the successful completion of Term 1, our dedicated UIC BED (Kinder to SHS) faculty took some well-deserved time to unwind, recharge, and celebrate the milestones achieved together. 🌴🌊

Beyond the classroom, moments like these remind us of the importance of well-being, fellowship, and appreciation for the people who work together in serving our learners and the UIC community.

, spearheaded a meaningful 𝙈𝙖𝙣𝙜𝙧𝙤𝙫𝙚 𝙏𝙧𝙚𝙚 𝙋𝙡𝙖𝙣𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙍𝙚𝙨𝙤𝙪𝙧𝙘𝙚 𝙎𝙝𝙖𝙧𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝘼𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙫𝙞𝙩𝙮
last 𝙎𝙚𝙥𝙩𝙚𝙢𝙗𝙚𝙧 5, 2026, 𝙖𝙩 𝙋𝙪𝙧𝙤𝙠 𝙈𝙖𝙡𝙖𝙢𝙗𝙤𝙤𝙣, 𝘽𝙧𝙜𝙮. 76-𝘼, 𝘽𝙪𝙘𝙖𝙣𝙖, 𝘿𝙖𝙫𝙖𝙤 𝘾𝙞𝙩𝙮.

The activity brought together our JHS learners and members of the school community in a shared effort to care for the environment while extending support to the local community. Through mangrove planting, our learners gained a deeper appreciation of the vital role of mangroves in protecting coastal ecosystems, supporting biodiversity, and strengthening community resilience.

Beyond planting trees, the activity was also an opportunity to share resources, build meaningful connections, and put the spirit of service and environmental stewardship into action.

Our heartfelt appreciation to the Agos Club and Historical Club for leading this initiative and to everyone who participated in making this activity meaningful.

𝐈𝐍 𝐏𝐇𝐎𝐓𝐎𝐒 | 𝗨𝗜𝗖 𝗝𝗛𝗦 𝗙𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗹𝘆 𝗗𝗮𝘆

A day filled with love, laughter, togetherness, and unforgettable memories! ✨

The 𝗨𝗜𝗖 𝗕𝗮𝘀𝗶𝗰 𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗗𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 – 𝗝𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗼𝗿 𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹 brought families together for a meaningful Family Day, celebrating the importance of family, strengthening bonds, and creating joyful moments beyond the classroom.

Through fun-filled activities, shared experiences, and moments of connection, our learners, parents, teachers, and school community were reminded that strong families build strong learners and stronger communities.

Two Dabawenya Grade 12 students from the University of the Immaculate Conception here bagged the Diamond Award for the English Category 6 (Grades 11–12), the highest recognition, during the Asiarope (Asia and Europe) Olympiad held in Bangkok, Thailand, on Sept. 7.

𝐋𝐎𝐎𝐊 | 𝟯𝟲𝘁𝗵 𝗚𝗦𝗣 𝗥𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗮𝗺𝗽 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲

The UIC JHS Unit proudly joins the 36𝙩𝙝 𝙂𝙎𝙋 𝙍𝙚𝙜𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙖𝙡 𝘾𝙖𝙢𝙥, happening on 𝙎𝙚𝙥𝙩𝙚𝙢𝙗𝙚𝙧 10–13, 2026 at 𝙀𝙣𝙚𝙧𝙜𝙮 𝙋𝙖𝙧𝙠, 𝙏𝙖𝙜𝙪𝙢 𝘾𝙞𝙩𝙮.

Anchored on the theme, “𝗥𝗜𝗦𝗘: 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗜𝗴𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗘𝗺𝗽𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁,” the four-day camp provides our young Girl Scouts with meaningful opportunities to develop resilience, strengthen leadership, foster camaraderie, and deepen their commitment to service.

Together with our Girl Scouts are the UIC JHS moderators, 𝙈𝙨. 𝙉𝙤𝙫𝙚𝙡𝙮𝙣𝙣𝙚 𝙂𝙖𝙧𝙘𝙚𝙨 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙈𝙨. 𝘾𝙧𝙚𝙯𝙤𝙣 𝙈𝙖𝙧𝙞𝙚 𝘿𝙪𝙮𝙖𝙘, who are providing guidance and support throughout the camp experience.

Through outdoor experiences, teamwork, and various camp activities, our learners are empowered to step beyond their comfort zones, discover their strengths, and embody the values of courage, responsibility, and service.

𝐋𝐎𝐎𝐊 | 𝗚𝗦 𝗜𝗡𝗧𝗥𝗔𝗠𝗨𝗥𝗔𝗟𝗦 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲

Three days of sports, teamwork, friendship, and fun brought our Grade School community together as learners from Kinder to Grade 6 participated in the much-awaited GS Intramurals! 🎉

The three-day celebration provided our young Ignacian Marian learners with opportunities to showcase their athletic skills, develop teamwork and sportsmanship, and experience the joy of active participation through various sporting activities.

Beyond winning medals and earning points, the GS Intramurals remind us that true victory lies in participation, camaraderie, discipline, and playing with a spirit of respect and fair play.

The UIC JHS proudly celebrates 𝙆𝘼𝙇𝙄𝙆𝙃𝘼 2026, a vibrant showcase of creativity, culture, learning, and Filipino pride! 🎨🎶🇵🇭

This year’s culmination brings together our learners and teachers through meaningful presentations and activities in collaboration with the subject areas of 𝙈𝙖𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙢𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙘𝙨, 𝙎𝙘𝙞𝙚𝙣𝙘𝙚, 𝙁𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙥𝙞𝙣𝙤, 𝙏𝙇𝙀 & 𝙄𝘾𝙏—demonstrating how creativity and innovation can thrive across different fields of learning.

From artistic and cultural expressions to innovative and academic showcases, KALIKHA 2026 celebrates the diverse talents, knowledge, and creativity of our young Ignacian Marian learners.

The University of the Immaculate Conception – Basic Education Department (UIC BED), Junior High School, takes a meaningful step toward environmental awareness and sustainability through a webinar on United Nations Sustainable Development Goal No. 13: Climate Action in celebration of "𝙆𝘼𝙇𝙄𝙆𝙃𝘼 2026".

With the theme “𝙐𝙣𝙙𝙚𝙧𝙨𝙩𝙖𝙣𝙙𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝘾𝙡𝙞𝙢𝙖𝙩𝙚 𝘾𝙝𝙖𝙣𝙜𝙚, 𝘽𝙪𝙞𝙡𝙙𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙍𝙚𝙨𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙚𝙣𝙘𝙚, 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙏𝙖𝙠𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝘼𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣," the webinar will provide learners with opportunities to deepen their understanding of climate change, explore ways to build resilience, and recognize their role in taking meaningful action for a more sustainable future.
