Today, we proudly celebrate the 3rd Anniversary of Dr. Lyn O. Eson, Principal III, as the School Head of Tiep National High School.
For the past three years, your visionary leadership, unwavering commitment, and genuine dedication have inspired the entire TNHS community to strive for excellence, unity, and continuous growth. Through your leadership, numerous projects, programs, and initiatives have been carried out to improve our school facilities, strengthen organizations, empower learners and teachers, and create a better learning environment for everyone.

Among the projects and initiatives accomplished during your first year were:
โข Water system repair, pipeline installation to the SHS CR, and CR restoration
โข Electrical rewiring at PAGCOR
โข Installation of window grills in four Senior High School classrooms
โข Installation of sliding windows in one classroom at the PAGCOR Building
โข Repair of SHS ceiling and installation of electrical wirings and bulbs
โข Provision of TVs and printers for teachers and electric fans for learners
โข Repair and construction of the stage roof
โข Implementation of the Learners ID System
โข Guidance and support to student leaders and advisers in crafting the SSLG Ordinance
โข Empowerment of teachers and school organizations
โข Initiation of the Reading Program in Senior High School

โข Repair of the canteen roof
โข Construction of two comfort rooms for Junior High School
โข Request for 46 laptops
โข Repair and installation of office sliding windows
โข Repair of the Guidance Room ceiling
โข Provision of cabinets for forms
โข Provision of monobloc chairs and tables for Senior High School
โข Provision of electric fans and additional monobloc chairs
โข Installation of an AC unit in the office
โข Request for new teachers and ADAS
โข Empowerment of learners, teachers, and SPTA organizations to actively participate in school activities
โข Strengthened partnerships with the LGU and National Government
โข Request and successful grant of one covered court through a resolution
โข Request for the repair of the Science Laboratory
โข Construction of the stairway to the covered court
โข Tiling of the stage
โข Repair of Cookery Room windows and ceiling
โข Repair and provision of windows for the Computer Room
โข Installation of metal covers for the office drainage and gutter with downspout
โข Construction of nine tables for TVLโCookery and Food and Beverage Operations
โข Encouragement of teachers and learners toward holistic development through participation in various activities and programs
โข Encouragement of 95% of teachers to pursue promotion
โข Monthly provision of office supplies for teachers and learners' academic reports
โข Ongoing planning for the repair of the JHS 2nd-floor ceiling
โข Ongoing requests for the repair of PAGCOR classrooms and the two DepEd classrooms with major damages
โข Prioritization of learners' performance through a systematic and comprehensive remediation and enhancement program for literacy and numeracy
โข Strengthening of learner discipline and safety through the school-based Anti-Bullying Policy
โข Initiation of the drafting of the Students Handbook
These accomplishments reflect not only improvements in our schoolโs facilities but also a commitment to the holistic development, safety, discipline, academic growth, and empowerment of every TNHS learner.
