Happy International Adolescent Health Week! 💚

The Department of Education celebrates the International Adolescent Health Week (IAHW) this March 19-25, 2023, with the theme “With and For Adolescents: Building a Healthier and More Inclusive Future.”

IAHW 2023 brings together young people, healthcare providers, teachers, parents, advocates, and communities to celebrate the youth and collectively work toward improving the health and well-being of more than 1 billion adolescents worldwide. This engages adolescents and those close to them to inspire communities to advocate for a successful transition into adulthood.

Our young people cannot do it alone, so we encourage everyone to get involved in promoting adolescent health and well-being!

Ngayong Women’s Role in History Month, alalahanin ang nakaraan at muling kilalanin ang ilan sa mga natatanging Pilipinang nagbigay-inspirasyon at lumikha ng pagbabago para sa bansa.

Tampok ngayong linggo si Leona Florentino, babaeng makata at kinikilalang "Mother of Philippine Women's Literature.”

Ipagdiwang natin ang naging marka ng kababaihan sa kasaysayan ng Pilipinas!

Happy National Teachers’ Month!

Ipadama ang pasasalamat, ipakita ang pagpupugay kina Ma’am at Sir ngayong buwan na inilaan para sa kanila.

Samahan ang Kagawaran ng Edukasyon mula Setyembre 5 hanggang Oktubre 5 sa pagdiriwang ng National Teachers’ Month. Sa temang “Gurong Pilipino, Dangal ng Sambayanang Pilipino,” ating bigyang-pugay ang husay at kadakilaan ng mga Pilipinong g**o na patuloy na nagbibigay ng hindi matatawarang dedikasyon para sa pag-abot ng pangarap ng bawat batang Pilipino.

Tunghayan ngayong Martes, Setyembre 6, ang National Teachers’ Month Kick-off Celebration sa pangunguna ng Schools Division ng Davao Del Norte, na mapapanood via livestream sa DepEd Philippines official website, page, at YouTube Channel.
