The teaching staff of BNES recently attended a 2026 Cluster In-Service Training of Bani East Integrated School, Banog Norye Elementary School and Masidem Elementary School through online from September 10-11, 2026 that provided valuable knowledge and insights about the importance of learning and developing new skills. The seminar brought together participants who were given the opportunity to listen to informative discussions, share ideas, and learn from the experiences of the speakers. It was a meaningful experience that helped us gain a better understanding of the topic and encouraged us to apply what we learned in our daily teaching and everyday life.
As an educator, we believe that learning should be continuous. The knowledge and strategies we learned from the seminar will inspire us to become more innovative, adaptable and responsive to the needs of our learners.

The Banog Norte Elementary School would like to express our thanks and gratitude to the Learning Resource Management Team of SDO 1 Pangasinan who visited our school to monitor the implementation of our school library. The activity include document validation, facility inspection, interviews with School Librarian and consultation to provide technical assistance. In this regard, thank you so much for the positive feedback and constructive recommendations to maintain sustainability of our school library. Your assessment will inspire us to keep improving and provide better resources, facilities, and better serve our learners and the whole community as well.

Ang mga magulang o legal na tagapag-alaga ang may pangunahing responsibilidad sa pagpapasya kung dapat bang pumasok sa klase ang kanilang mga anak, na isinasaalang-alang unang-una, kung ang kanilang pagpasok sa klase ay hindi ligtas sanhi ng pagbaha, malakas na pag-ulan o iba pang panganib na may kaugnayan sa lagay ng panahon, gayundin ang pisikal at/o mental na kalusugan ng mga bata sa panahon ng mga sakuna at kalamidad. Maaari itong gawin kahit walang ipinalabas na kautusan para sa suspensiyon ng klase mula sa paaralan o local na pamahalaan.
Gayunpaman, responsibilidad din ng mga magulang o tagapag-alaga na makipag-ugnayan sa mga g**o at tiyakin na makakahabol ang kanilang anak sa mga kinakailangang kasanayan (competencies) na dapat matutuhan ng mag-aaral.

On July 30, 2026, a meeting focused on the review and strengthening of school safety and security protocols and election of School Governing Council was convened at the school office. The gathering was presided by Dr. Arlyne L. Cucal, Principal III, who emphasized the importance of shared governance in school operations & program implementations particularly in ensuring the welfare and protection of learners, personnel, & in maintaining safe and conducive learning environment.

Present during the meeting were key stakeholders representing school leadership, community governance, parents, and security bodies. SGC Co-Chair Mdm. Arceli G. Camba (Internal); SGC Co Chair Kagawad Julia A. Pamo (External, Kagawad In-charge in Education); Barangay Captain Wennie T. Cezar; PTA Officers led by Mrs. Lea C. Bacay; Kagawad Godofredo Avelino (Kagawad In-charge in Peace and Order); Mr. Jimmy Encarnacion, Chief of the Community Volunteer Organization (CVO); and Mr. Angelo Castil, the School Security Guard.

Dr. Cucal opened the meeting by presenting the existing safety and security guidelines, citing recent challenges and areas needing improvement such as controlled entry and exit, emergency response drills, visitor management, and coordination with local authorities. Each attendee shared valuable insights and commitments aligned with their respective roles.

Mrs. Camba reinforced the SGC's support in integrating safety measures into school policies and resource planning. The Barangay Council headed by Capt. Cezar pledged closer coordination for quick response to incidents and regular monitoring of tge school vicinity. Mrs. Bacay also expressed the PTA's full cooperation in orienting parents on safety rules .

The group reached a consensus to update protocols, schedule joint emergency drills, and conduct regular monitoring of safety compliance. The meeting concluded with a unified resolve to work hand-in-hand ensuring a safe, peaceful, and conducive learning space for everyone in the school community.

Ang inyong kabutihang-loob ay malaking tulong upang mas maging handa sila sa kanilang pag-aaral at magsilbing inspirasyon sa kanilang patuloy na pagsisikap na makamit ang kanilang mga pangarap.
