JUST IN | The ICT Enthusiasts of Banban NHS kicked off their I SEE T (I See Technology) project in Brgy. Payac, Bangui, Ilocos Norte. This ICT-based outreach program supports the out-of-school youth (OSY) in the community. Congratulations to the participants who fully embraced what ICT has to offer. It was a very productive day. A special thank you to the Barangay Officials of Brgy. Payac, headed by Hon. Michael B. Sallutal. We also acknowledge the support from the KKDAT and the PNP for assisting us and ensuring our safety.
